Telisca IPS Forward enables a Cisco IP Phone user to set and configure call forward directly from his IP Phone.

With IPS Forward, user predefines destination numbers, and can then easily set or cancel call forward with one or two key strokes. Call Forward All can eventually be set on either of the phone lines.

User can also toggle no answer / busy call forward from a defined destination number (attendant, IVR, …) to and from Voice Mail.  

User can also define from his IP Phone (if this function have been authorized by administration parameters) no answer and busy (internal and external) forward setting, as well as no answer detection duration.

Optionally, IPS Forward may also be used to login / logout from a defined Line Group.

IP Phone Status (forward all, voice mail on non answer/busy, group login) may be displayed on the background of the IP Phone.

  

IPS Forward supports fixed or extension mobility mode.

IPS Forward configuration and global parameters are defined from a Web interface.

IPS Forward is available in English and French.

  •             Cisco CallManager  4.0x, 4.1x

  •             Cisco IP Phone 7905, 7911, 7912, 7940, 7941, 7960, 7961, 7970, 7971,

  •             Server : Windows 2000 Server or Windows 2003 Server (non dedicated),

  •             Pentium 1GHz, 512 MB RAM, 1GB minimum disk.
