IPS Phone Config Data Sheet

Telisca IPS Phone Config enables a Cisco IP Phone user to change  and configure his IP Phone settings directly from his IP Phone.

With IPS Phone Config, user can set/cancel :

-          Forward All,

-          No Answer/Busy Voice Mail Forward,

-          Lock phone & clear call history,

-     Set Do not Disturb,

-          Group login/logout.

  User can also configure :

-          Forward destination (all, no answer ext./int., busy ext./int.),

-          No answer duration,

-          Change PIN code,

-          Change language,

-          Speed dial setting.   

           

User can configure all forward settings and toggle easily forward all and forward no answer/busy settings.

    

IPS Phone Config is also very useful to define and use Speed Dials (up to 99). User can enter new speed dial phones and labels and change speed dial order. He can list them or do a simple query to dial directly.

           

IP Phone Status (forward all, voice mail on no answer/busy, group login, lock) may be displayed as icons on the background of the IP Phone.

 

  IPS Phone Config supports fixed or extension mobility mode. On multi-lines IP Phones, configuration and toggle action may be set on selected line.

IPS Phone Config user interface is available in English, French, German and Spanish.   

IPS Phone Config configuration and default parameters are defined from a Web interface.

            CCisco IP Phone 7905, 7911, 7912, 7920, 7921, 7931, 7940, 7941, 7942, 7945, 7960, 7961, 7962, 7965, 7970, 7971, 7975, IP Communicator

            Server : Windows 2000 Server or Windows 2003 Server (non dedicated),

      Minimum hardware : Pentium 1GHz, 1GB RAM, 1GB disk
