IPS
Popup executes a query based on the caller phone number, sometimes
re-formatted, whether an
internal or external number. Caller information is displayed immediately
upon ringing and also during the call. The display then clears
automatically after a few seconds to enable use of the telephony soft
keys. IPS Popup is fully integrated with the IPS Global Directory, which
enables parallel queries on several source directories. A large number
of directory formats are supported : LDAP, Active Directory, MS
Exchange, IBM Notes, SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase, MySQL, MS Access, Excel
or XML files. IPS
Popup is also useful to integrate CallManager with older PBX systems
that do not provide compatible Caller identification protocols such as
Q.SiG.
IPS
Popup configuration is via a user-friendly Web interface for setting CTI
configuration, caller phone number format, and
for accessing directories
defined in the IPS Global Directory.

Phone user interface is available in English, French, Spanish, German
